Switches on/off WLAN & MobileData - as known WLAN(s) is in reach and display in use it connects to them - otherwise, if active on display, switch on MobileData... if inactive - switch off if connection is not in use after a minute. finally, if display turned off, at the end of actions wait for the display switch back on, repeating the process
