📶⏳ WLAN Auto off [HS]

When WLAN is enabled wait for 90 sec. If no network is connected disable WLAN. If the network is connected wait for network disconnect and if the connection is not reestablished within 30 seconds disable WLAN.

NEW:
- Version 3 no longer lookup for a connection when WLAN is manually turned off within the 90 seconds.
- Version 4 stop subflow if main flow stopped
- Version 5 Bugfix (no impact)
- Version 6 Wait for 30 seconds after connection lost (I thought I already updated last year ;-) )
