Alternative to android auto:
You can install Car Louncher free from PlayStore.
Add this flow with a shortcut in your home screen.
When you click the schortcut, Car Louncher free is set as the default launcher.
When you tap the notification "Disable Car mode" the main launcher will be reset.
Tested on Oneplus 6, android 10.
(It may not work with other models, just try and fix it for your device).
