Enable/Disable MobileData and HotSpot

No Root necessary. Using TTS to Remember for mobile data.
Deactivation of mobile data not implemented.

You only need to set your Bluetooth Device information.

I use this for the online services in my Car. Also I have diveded the Connect and Disconnect into two separate Flows for more flexibility.
