Asks to connect to the mobile network when screen is on. When screen is off, turns mobile connection off and makes short connections for few seconds in every few minutes. Which is almost perfect for timely limited mobile network plans. If you open your screen too often, it checks more frequently. When you use your mobile phone more than delay time, all parallel strings would be stopped. But because of going to deep sleep, background task can not work on my device.
