Warning: Before starting this flow, add a spare Automate tile (any <unknown> one) to your grid of active tiles in the top shade. You may also like to turn Automate's own logging off.
With this Quick Settings tile you can temporarily set global screen orientation mode to Full user, which makes the rotation work even for apps that don't support it. Some apps may crash because of this.
Note that on some devices this tile works only if system screen orientation is not locked in portrait mode. I can make this flow toggle that switch automatically if anyone need it.
