1. Install Nomie: https://open.nomie.app
2. Write a Nomie note (e.g., "#peed", "#water(4)") on a NFC tag.
3. Scan the NFC tag to automatically add the note to Nomie.

Note: If you replace numeric values with the ? wildcard (e.g., "#weight(?)"), a prompt will ask you to input the number every time you scan the NFC tag.
