When wifi connects to work (or any you choose) the ringer is set to on but minimum. When meeting starts (for calendar you choose in flow chart) all sounds turn off except ringer and alerts which go to minimum. When meeting is over sounds return to at work level. When work wifi disconnects all sounds return to full on. At each change the phone vibrates and a notification box requests "ok". All sounds can be modified individually within the flow chart.
