Edit SEP 2023: Looks like this is now broken. voice_interaction_service won't accept null and keeps automatically turning 'OK google' back on 🤬
Automatically turn off Google assistant when connected to wifi1 or wifi2. Turns back on when connected to mobile data or a different WiFi connection.
Requires secure settings via ADB
