What am I doing wrong. Sms reply+ writing in file

What am I doing wrong here? It should wait until sms is recived from number HR_Telekom containing word BRZINA.
When sms is recived, it should send sms to 13909 with text BRZINA.
After that it should write something into txt file.
After that it should speak "internet extended"

For now it only speaks internet extended, and sometimes it say that it sent sms, but it never did.

Tried number in both ways, with and without country code.
