Creates protocol (txt) of your location with timestamp, no root!

Input: file, delay :
delay: How frequently your location is checked, in seconds.
file: choose txt file were data is written

Creates protocol (txt) of your location with timestamp, if you are connect to the internet your output is location in words, else is longitude, latitude and altitude.

If gps is disabled during the running flow, it's written down and pauses until the gps is reactivated. Flow does not start with disabled gps.
