NO ROOT !! Gmail instant notification

A workaround to avoid delayed Gmail notifications by forcing a synchronization of the Gmail account when a regex matches a specific event from the android events log.

Prerequisites:
- enter your Gmail address on block #3
- grant permission to Automate to read logs. If your device is non rooted, use ADB to grant this permission (persistent even after reboot) - see https://llamalab.com/automate/doc/adb.html
