Modulates the brightness (ElectroMagnetic Amplitude Modulation) of a display using Random or Rectangular Waveforms.
Brightness and animations are set to their original values when stopping the flow via "Dialog Confirm".
A user can edit the Delays of the Rectangular Waveform, thus editing its ON Pulse Width and its OFF Pulse Width, and possibly altering its Duty Cycle. To transform Rectangular to Square, simply edit the 2 Delays to have the same value.
