Toggles bluetooth on and off depending on whether or not the device is connected to wifi. To optimize phones that only include 2Ghz Wi-Fi because having bluetooth opened at the same time slows your WiFi data transfer. Also autoruns Spotify when connected to a Bluetooth device and stops playing when disconnected
Add extra info in blocks, #117-#121 (1st Bluetooth info, in my case was my car), #122-#126 (2nd Bluetooth info, in my case was Airpods, if you don't have just delete the block and the whole blocks below as well)
