Starts applications and/or flows of your choice when the device boots. Also works around problems with flows waiting for apps in foreground crashing when the device reboots.
Updates:
o Fixed Test flow when no flows to start were set, improved app list editing, prevent the flow itself from being chosen to start, add the ability to remove individual apps and flows from their lists during setup
o Added file persistence
