If WiFi is ON and CONNECTED, mobile data turns OFF.

If WiFi is OFF or DISCONNECTED, mobile data turns ON.

If mobile data is ON, full band is alowed (2g, 3g, 4g).

If mobile data is OFF, only 2G is alowed.
