Toggles data connection off/on relating to predefined time delays (3m/27m). Considers an active wifi connection and airplane mode.
Switching off mobile data will be delayed if device is unlocked.

Sometimes users want to have mobile data enabled even device is locked or screen is off (i. e.: listening to music stored online or tracking GPS). Therefore a new flow has been created: 'ManualEnable'. Short cut it to home screen. So you can declare a manual interaction. Just disable mobile data if it isn't used anymore. Automatic toggling is still active
Optionally uses LED to indicate an active mobile data connection. Playing sounds was replaced by LED.
