Don't miss calls if on Vibrate (Physical Switch)

Sounds an alarm if an incoming call comes in and the phone is on Vibrate (Not Silent). This type of flow is needed if your phone has a physical call type switch (Like OnePlus devices) which overides any kind of normal automation. This also allows the call type to stay the same.
