Improved Battery Charging Notifier

Improved battery charging notifier. The flow tells you if the battery is charged to a defined Percentage, defined in the first block which sets the variable notificationPercentage. If the battery is full, the flow tells you every 10 seconds to unplug your phone. The Flow will set the volume of the music channel to 40% so you never miss a notification. Also, it checks if the phone is already charging or charged above the defined percentage. Therefore the flow can be started while charging. After 10 notifications the Message will change to a more "urgent" one.
