Play sound when battery below X% and not charging

You will have to pick a sound to play when battery is below a certain percent. Default is 40% but you can modify this to whatever number you like. It will not play sound if charging is connected. It will become silent for 8 hours from 00:00 to not disturb at night. The loop will run every 40 minutes and will play sound only if conditions are met.
