Re-formats `/proc/meminfo` as JSON, then decodes/parses/deserializes it to a dictionary. This way, your flow can know a lot of details of the device's memory.

This parser assumes ALL meminfo values are valid JSON numerals (can be parsed to number) expressed in kilobyte magnitude.

"All files access" is unnecessary, as the "file" being read isn't owned by the user.

Edit: Removed "1 block" from title because it's misleading and unnecessary.
