When Bluetooth is enabled, wait for 15 minutes. If no device is connected, disable Bluetooth. If the device is connected wait, for device disconnect and then disable Bluetooth if no other device is connected.
You could add a few simple blocks to turn off Bluetooth when your music player pauses over a period of time.
