Converts text to Morse code and uses vibrate to broadcast. You can type the message manually, or receive it from cloud or text. It vibrates at the beginning, to signal a message is about to be sent, then vibrates the message. It loops the message until the phone is unlocked, or any other event/condition you want to change the block to, or you could just remove that whole section. Changing the 'delay' variable changes the speed of the Morse. The space between letters is set to "delay * 2", but you can change that too.
