Replicating the functionality of Toastr, the old app that shows a user-defined message when the phone screen is turned on or unlocked. Great for reminders every time you look at your phone.

The flow has a persistent notification which allows changes to the text without restarting it.

You can also choose whether the toast message displays upon screen wake or phone unlock.

Toast message duration can be set to between 1 and 5 seconds (Android doesn't seem to allow any longer duration).
