Syncthing-Fork - basic automation script

Start or stop the Syncthing-Service by using the corresponding entry point of this flow. This is an adjusted version for Catfriend1's Syncthing-Fork, which uses different intent names.

Syncthing must be configured to NOT "always run in background" and "Service Control by Broadcast" has to be enabled in experimental settings!

Also, this flow by default sends a signal to the Github version of the Syncthing-Fork app. If you're using a Play Store/F-Droid version, you need to modify the package name to "com.github.catfriend1.syncthingandroid" in order for the flow to work.
