Automatically notify you if there's any update for the flow that you downloaded from the community.

◾ It will get community id from all your flow automatically, you don't have to pick anything.
◾ When check for the first time, it will treat all your flow as 'latest', and will notify if there's any update after that.
◾ You can leave it to check for update periodically, or manually to save block count.
◾ Unlike other 'update' flow, this flow check for version number instead of description change.
