Keeps wifi on ONLY when there is a working network. Automatical wifi searching and connecting, when you are using your phone.

Turns wifi off instantly when there is no usable connection (wifi signal under 30%).
Looks for network when screen turned on or phone moved with screen on.

NO NEED TO ADD WIFI NAMES MANUALLY.

This flow uses android built-in connection management and saved ssids.

NEED TO SET WIFI SLEEPING MODE TO "ALWAYS ON".
Otherwise the android system will fail to connect to any wifi, and then only a reboot helps.
