This flow will remember each app's rotation so that the next time the app is opened, the rotation will be set automatically for the app.

To use, just open the app and toggle the rotation setting. E.g. If you want to enable rotation for Google maps, open Google maps and enable rotation. If you want to disable the rotation, just toggle the rotation again.
