BUG: Forked child continues stopping by parent

If a Fork block is set to stop the child when the parent stops, and that child stops the parent, the child continues to run after the parent stops and "stops" the child. Log lines indicate that child was "stopped by parent", but subsequent child blocks actually continue to execute.
