Displays editable list with current volume levels. Ability to change volume levels with slider or set all levels from saved presets.

***SETTINGS***
Edit block 4: insert into this array IDs of streams you want to show/set. List of streams is available in block 3.
If you want to show only icons without captions, set 1 instead of 0 in block 53.
Optionally you can edit streams names and icons in blocks 3 and 16.

***UPDATES***
v2: added flow beginning showing mic&out level meters
v3: fixed bug when preset sets volume one step lower than saved value.
Ability to switch volume presets from another flow/app/... by starting flow beginning "Volume Presets" with preset_id key in payload dict(array) - payload={"preset_id":int}
