Talking at -30 sec, -10, last 5 secs are announced each one and at the end with alarm sound.

Note that setting at 30 you won't hear first notice (too short time to react, at 32 will be OK)

When using Android 6+ do not close screen, or you will not hear some notification, although END message will be heard with screen swithed off. It is due to Google strange ideas as timing is inaccurate Try timing workaround in settings of Automate. Although when screen is on, there should be no problem.

You can change language, text and time of 3 annoncements.

I made another timer that works better, although it consists of 22 blocks. It has only watch icon in title.
