Version 8
Avoid exhaustion and heat injury with the help of this flow.
This flow informs you of the current heat index in your area, wherever you are in the world.
This US-based Heat Index approximates how hot you would feel outdoors (the "feels like" temperature in some weather apps). It's calculated mainly based on air temperature and relative humidity.
More info: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heat_index
Severity:
27°C - 32°C --- Caution
33°C - 39°C --- Extreme Caution
40°C - 51°C --- Danger
>= 52°C --- Extreme Danger
You can factor Heat Index in your decision to go out or inside, drink water, wear a type of dress, take a rest or shorten your outdoor work/play.
Note:
*Heat Index differs from Humidex, which is a Canadian version with a different formula. I have a separate flow for it. Just visit my profile to try Humidex. The choice between the two will ultimately depend on your personal preference. Search them on the internet, and decide which is best and more accurate for you.
*The minimum air temperature and relative humidity of Heat Index is 27°C and 40%, respectively. Outside of these numbers, Heat Index will not work. This flow will tell you when this happens.
*Just like Humidex, Heat Index is relevant only when you're in a shade, away from direct sunlight, and you're doing little to moderate activity. For a more accurate measurement when working or playing in direct sunlight, the Wet-Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) should be consulted.
*Heat Index does not and cannot measure indoor temperature.
*This flow uses degree Celsius as the unit of temperature. A degree Fahrenheit option might be added in the future.
*This flow uses a Quick Settings tile to ensure permanence and flexibility, allowing it to be launched on demand.
*Sometimes, it would seem nothing is working after pressing the Quick Settings tile. You just need to wait a few seconds as the weather service might still be fetching data. The message dialogue will show up eventually.

V6 --- Removed 6 blocks for a more streamlined flow. Also, added more info if QS tile isn't found.
V5 --- Applied a fix/workaround for a major bug that makes the heat index getting stuck after some time. Also, heat index classification is updated to follow the NWS standard.
V4 --- Added guidelines and more info to improve user experience
V3 --- Fixed a major bug: wrong logical expressions
