Logs your locations using a time interval or variable distance interval based on your traveling speed and saves the GPS track as a Goggle Earth (KML) and GPX file in an Automate/Tracks folder on the SD card (specify your minimum interval preference in the IntervalMethod variable block as "time" or "distance"). Also checks speed and optionally acceleration to prevent excess and inaccurate points. Run the flow to start the track logging and then click the notification, or toggle the flow widget, to stop and save the track. In addition, the automate log is saved to the Automate/Tracks folder. Intervals, minimum speed, and minimum acceleration can be customized using the first few variable blocks in the flow.
