My Host Address as QR-Code / Example of "Share to"

Display QR-Code of the device's server host address, adding http:// as a prefix to the IP address and :12345 as suffix as used with the app SimpleHttpServer. You can change the address in the last block.
To generate the QR-Code the app Barcode Scanner is used (com.google.zxing.client.android). You can choose a different app in the last block.

This is also an example how to "Share to" an application in Automate.
