When a WhatsApp call is received this fiber will cause the phone to vibrate whatever the notification vibration settings.
This fixes the problem for the in app call vibrate setting which only allows the phone to vibrate once for each call.
This fiber relies on the call notification being visible so please make sure it is not blocked.
