When government app does not have different notification channels between minor nationwide earthquakes and important local warnings
Default behavior is to vibrate thrice and show a toast, you should probably experiment with that since I don't even remember why I did it (plus there's a separate 5.0+ earthquake prioritizer that you might not want)
