Allows you to change the refresh rate per app and enable the adaptive refresh rate mode even if settings do not have it, but needs the Write secure settings permission.
Use adb to grant it, "adb shell pm grant com.llamalab.automate android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS"
Tested on Samsung Galaxy A73 5G. Will not work on your device if you do not have "Motion smoothness" in your display settings.
Recommended to disable logging as it is log-intensive when the daemon is running.
