NFC Track Work Time toggle

Toggle Timer of the "Track Work Time" (TWT) app (https://github.com/mathisdt/trackworktime) with an NFC tag.

Features:
- Support for multiple TWT Tasks (saving task name in nfc-tag).
- Manual starting/stopping a task through the App still works without confusing the toggeling of this flow.
- Says out loud which task got started/stopped.

Setup:
1. Open the NFC-Read block in the Flow.
2. Replace with the name of the task that you configuered in TWT.
3. Write the tag.
4. Start the flow.

Update: No longer getting stuck if TWT is not started. Listen to the audio to know if it worked.
