Set max background processes

Manage background process limit usually set in developer options.

If you want you increase more than what can be selected there or simply don't want to / can use developer options this flow can be used.

Currently supported are:
Android 6 - 11 and 13

(check the link in credits to get more versions supported)

All that made possible by some other guys figuring out the actual way how it can be set.

Notes:

This setting does NOT survive a reboot and so must be run again after every boot.
To rerun this flow automatically on every reboot you have to enable "Run on system startup" in Automate settings. Read carefully the warning there, too!

root is not required when using "adb shell" but the internal used shell of Automate does not have the permission to set background process limit so .. yes you NEED root for this flow.
