It only toggles Data ON/OFF. if user switched data on previously. Won't toggle anything if user disabled data. (It is the keyguard version, my previous version was depending upon the screen sleep & awake. Just like this version depends upon the Keyguard locked & unlocked.)
But as soon as user will unlock the lockscreen, the data will be reconnected again & when locked data will be disconnected.
