On the Google forum someone asked for a way to check if having multiple flows running simultaneously will blow the non-premium 30 blocks limit. This is a flow example attempting to help with this. It may not be perfect but a possible solution or at least something to begin with.
The easiest part is getting the total count. It uses the content query block to access info from the AM dB to:
1) filter all running flows (WHERE clause fiber_count > 0)
2) excluding itself (_id
