Change the Amazon Echo Link Line In Distribution group with one click.
The first time it starts, it will open the
Alexa app and ask you to select the Echo Link device. On subsequent starts it will present a speaker group menu then click through the Alexa app to change the Line In Distribution group. The list of speaker groups is refreshed every run.

CHANGELOG:
[v4] Work around undesirable Amazon behavior. First change LID to "Local Speakers." Otherwise, when switching to a subset group, distribution stops until the next 10s line-in silence.
