48Khz LDAC Sampling Frequency on Device Connect

When the desired device connects, use Automate to open and scroll through dev settings to reduce LDAC sampling frequency to 48Khz.

Sony DSEE won't kick in unless the source sampling frequency is 48Khz or below. LDAC sampling frequency resets to 96Khz every connection, and there is no system setting for it.
