Gadgetbridge Connect

Gadgetbridge's "Connect on connection from device" feature seems try once and then give up, which is not working with my headphones [1]. Address this by repeatedly instructing Gadgetbridge to connect until it suceeds as independently indicated by its device notification.

Setup
=====
1. Enable bluetooth API in Gadgetbridge settings.
2. Start this flow and select the desired device.
