This flow notifies the time to charge to 85% and charging power, to save battery lifespan.
It works in two steps: first it calculates the time based on the charging power, then displays the time based on battery properties when it is available. A message is permanently displayed when 85% is reached (workaround for Xiaomi phones where keep awake block does not work).
