This flow will make your phone vibrate every 15 minutes between 8am and 10pm each day.

There's a different vibration pattern for 15 mins past the hour, 30 mins past, 45 mins past, and on the hour.

I've created this flow as a tool to assist with ADHD or other conditions that make it difficult to keep track of time. It can serve as a reminder of how long someone has been focusing on a task, or not doing anything at all, when other methods of timekeeping may not be available or sufficient.

The flow will not make any connected smart watches or devices notify you, to avoid unnecessary distraction. (For example, for me, if my phone vibrates but my watch doesn't, then I know it is not a message of any kind, but is a time reminder and so I do not have to check to see what it is!)

The flow does not override 'Do Not Disturb', so turning on 'Do Not Disturb' will prevent the vibration happening until it is turned off. This is useful in meetings, for example, where a vibration may be distracting.

The vibrations will also pause while a call is in progress to prevent the phone vibrating in your, or your caller's, ear!

12/08/2023: updated to also pause while recording is taking place to avoid vibrations during video recording etc.

Also simplified the process by redirecting the flow to the beginning after vibration, removing the need for additional time delays to be included.
