My battery is right now broke, so i use a random old battery in the phone with some improvisation. The percentage indicator completely wrong. The flow receives battery broadcasts from the system that contans the battery voltage. If voltage is below/above certain limit, it will do a notification. If notification is dismissed, on the next broadcast will notify again. Not tested on any other phone, no warranty, it may explode.
