Install “old” apps on Android 14+

Prerequisite, choose and setup a “Privileged service start method” in Automate setting, e.g. Android Debug Bridge (ADB) if your device isn‘t rooted.

Android 14 and higher restricts installation of app APKs that "target" Android 5 or lower, which Google deem less secure. This flow uses the official (ADB) workaround to bypass the restriction so such “old” apps can be installed on Android 14+. The flow can operate in two ways, either you pick an APK to install, or the flow waits for you to “share” an APK from another app, e.g. a file manager.
