Progress Bar Notifications (Demo)

This flow demonstrates a simple way to use progress bar notifications, catch error blocks, as well as iteration/loops. In this example I use the 'list apps' and 'app kill background' block to shut down apps actively running processes in the background.

If you really only want to close background processes just remove the delay and notification blocks, but just be aware that this flow will not force stop apps from running. This means that many apps can still passively perform operations despite being "closed."
