Basically does what the title says.
Useful when your phone is stolen and need to keep it alive to track it down (best paired if you disable control center in the lockscreen!).
The way it works that if it is on the lock screen for 3 seconds, it'll lock again, preventing any power panel. Although it sometimes will still show up, it will be cancelled due to automatically pressing back on device on.
It's a hacky way, you have to insert your PIN a lot quicker, but it gets the job done.
You may know that even if you press 15s on the power button it'll shutdown anyway but it's NOT a shutdown, it'll reboot instead.
